TejDasyam.

GenAI products are built by teams. My work is making delivery coherent.

I’m a Senior Project Manager at Ascentt, coordinating delivery across GenAI product work, data initiatives, and governance. I focus on priorities, dependencies, stakeholder decisions, and the work required to move from a promising use case to a reliable release.

01 / Selected work

The work behind
the launch.

Representative areas of my work at Ascentt. These describe my product and program delivery role, not personal authorship of the models or applications.

01 / GenAI product programsAscentt

Unified AI assistant platform

Coordinating delivery across a common conversational platform where several use cases depend on shared product priorities, integration work, and clear release decisions.

My contribution: backlog and release planning, dependencies across teams, stakeholder decisions, issue escalation, and delivery visibility.

02 / Intelligent document workflows

Contract intelligence

Managing delivery coordination for LLM-assisted document workflows, including business expectations, integration dependencies, iteration, and release planning.

My role: align the people doing the work, clarify milestones and unresolved decisions, and make dependencies visible.

03 / Model-related work

Quality and release readiness

Working with product, data, and engineering contributors where evaluation needs, quality signals, and integration constraints affect launch decisions.

My role: coordinate the decisions and delivery plan. Model engineering and evaluation implementation remain with the technical teams.

04 / Data programs

Data delivery and dependencies

Keeping ownership, sequencing, requirements, and cross-team handoffs visible in enterprise data initiatives.

My role: program planning, risk and dependency follow-through, stakeholder reporting, and escalation.

05 / Enterprise governance

PMO, privacy and GRC

Helping turn control and governance requirements into owned activities, evidence expectations, reporting, and clear next decisions.

My role: program coordination and readiness tracking, without implying an audit outcome or certification.

Where I add value

Product and engineering teams build and evaluate the technology. I coordinate scope, cross-team dependencies and decisions that shape delivery.

02 / Working approach

Make the next decision clear.

Complex programs rarely move forward because of one more status report. They move when teams agree on outcomes, surface constraints, and know what must be decided before the next release.

01

Get specific about the outcome

Agree what the release should accomplish, which boundaries matter and what is not in scope.

02

Map dependencies across disciplines

Make model, data, application and business handoffs visible, with accountable owners.

03

Bring risks into delivery decisions

Address evaluation, privacy, readiness and control considerations as part of execution.

04

Close the loop

Document decisions, follow up on blockers and keep leadership informed when trade-offs change.

03 / Experience

Built through delivery, analysis and governance.

Today, my work is primarily in GenAI and enterprise programs at Ascentt. Earlier experience in business analysis and privacy shaped how I approach requirements and regulated environments.

Ascentt · Senior Project Manager

GenAI product delivery, data program coordination, PMO and GRC responsibilities.

Ascentt · Scrum Master

Agile delivery practices, impediment management and team coordination.

Ulta Beauty · Senior Technical Business Analyst

Privacy assessment requirements and technology stakeholder coordination.

Truist · Senior IT Business Analyst

Lead BA responsibilities in privacy assessment and requirements work, not implementation ownership of the banking systems.

Earlier roles

Business analysis and technology operations in enterprise environments.

04 / Point of view

What delivery teaches you.

A few principles that guide how I work across product, engineering, data and governance teams.

A demo proves possibility. A release needs evidence.

Useful AI products also need workable integration, evaluation, operating ownership and a plan for when something goes wrong.

Dependencies are decisions in disguise.

When one team is blocked by another, a better update is not enough. Someone needs to own the trade-off and resolve it.

Governance should be part of delivery, not a later document.

Accountability and risk decisions matter most while scope, quality and launch timing can still change.
